Many people are following an autoimmune diet to deal with with symptoms that come autoimmune disease. Things like chronic inflammation and fatigue can make cooking more difficult. Plus we live busy lives, so simplifying is key.
If you're fairly new to the autoimmune protocol diet, I'd recommend starting with simple AIP recipes. The recipes in this post are generally appropriate for the whole family and best used for easy dinners and lunches.
