Honey lemon pepper wings

Chicken wings are a great appetizer and there are so many ways to prepare them. These honey lemon pepper wings are cooked in an air fryer and covered in a sweet tangy honey lemon pepper glaze.

They're absolutely delicious and make for a great party appetizer or Superbowl snack. The recipe card also includes oven instructions and instructions for cooking frozen chicken wings in the air fryer.

If you're doing AIP, they can be made elimination phase compliant by simply omitting the pepper. If you're wanting more chicken recipe ideas, check out my AIP Chicken Recipes post which has over 130 recipes.

How to Cut Whole Chicken Wings

If your chicken wings come whole, you may want to cut them. This is optional and a matter of personal preference. Whole chicken wings have 3 parts: the wingette, the drumette, and the tip.  The cut, stretch out the wing and find the 2 ridges where the joints meet and cut between them.
