01 Make the Sauce

02 Cook the Chicken

04 Put it all together.

01 Make the Sauce

Mix the sauce ingredients together (no cooking needed yet). Set aside. You'll add this later.

02 Cook the Chicken

Cook the chicken for 5-8 minutes until browned. Remove it from pan and set aside.

03 Cook the Frozen Veggies

Use any frozen veggies you like. This step takes just a few minutes to get everything heated through

04 Put it all together 

Add the chicken and sauce  to the pan with the veggies. Cook for a couple more minutes to heat it through.

05 Serve!

Serve this stir fry with cauliflower rice, sweet potato glass noodles or your starch of choice.
