Mix the sauce ingredients together (no cooking needed yet). Set aside. You'll add this later.
Cook the chicken for 5-8 minutes until browned. Remove it from pan and set aside.
Use any frozen veggies you like. This step takes just a few minutes to get everything heated through
Serve this stir fry with cauliflower rice, sweet potato glass noodles or your starch of choice.
