Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit a small loaf pan (roughly 9 x 5 inches). If you don't have parchment paper, grease the pan with coconut oil.
Combine the cereal, gelatin powder, sea salt, and cinnamon in a food processor. Blend into fine particles.
Pour the mixture into a medium bowl. Add the oil, water, and honey. Stir the ingredients together with a spoon or fork until well combined.
Fold in the raisins.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan (it will be crumbly- this is normal). Press the mixture down firmly into the pan forming an even layer using your hands. This can be a little easier using gloves or parchment paper. Or you can just use the back of a spatula.
Allow it to sit for at least an hour. Cut into 8 squares.
Notes
If you don't have a food processor, a blender may work. *When you cut the bars, the edges will crumble a little bit but the bars hold together well otherwise.Keeping them in the fridge gives them a firmer texture- they're very good this way but it's a just personal preference.
