These key lime pie energy balls are so delicious and only require 4 ingredients and 10 minutes to make. Plus you can freeze them, so they’re perfect for meal prep.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend into small crumbles.
Pour the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and use your hands or the parchment paper to press the mixture into a dough ball. Pull small pieces off and roll into balls.
