Combine ingredients in a small food process or high speed blender (preferably a single serve cup if you have it). If using a regular-sized blender, you many have to pulse and scrape down a few times to get everything in corporated.
Blend until smooth and serve.
*A couple notes on the bacon grease- to avoid having to make bacon every time you want to make something calling for bacon grease, consider saving your bacon grease whenever you make bacon. You can freeze it for up to a year! Alternatively, you can skip the bacon grease and just replace the salt in this recipe with smoked sea salt which you can get on Amazon. Will sauce will stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
